Day 1: Saturday
Flew to Cancun and Checked in at the Sun Palace. This was our second visit to this fine resort. This evening the Band Zebra was playing in the Lobby Bar. Met some great people here at the Lobby Bar.

Day 2: Sunday
Walked the Beach. Enjoyed conversation at the pool bar. Had Dinner with our new friends. Enjoyed the Hot Tub. Relaxed!

Day 4: Tuesday
Day trip to Isla Mujeres included with our Package. Of course it rained all day as we headed to the private beach on the island. But the food at the private beach was delicious. Then we headed into town. Cute little town with colorful painted shops. We stopped for a drink at the little resturant, two old men played an xylophone type of instrument.

Day 5: Wednesday

Day 6: Thursday
We took another one of the included trip to Coba. This is an ancient Mayan site. This site is still mostly covered with the Jungle, so you get a great idea of what it looked like when they found it. Coba has the tallest Pyramid on the Yucatan Peninsula. Of course we had to climb it for the great view. Afterwards we had lunch at a little resturant near Coba. Chicken wrapped in banana leaves and fajitas. Yum! Across the street was an open air church... very beautiful.

Day 7: Friday

Day 8: Saturday
Wake up way too early. Have our last delicious Omelete in the Aurora Resturant Say goodbye to the Fabulous Staff at the Sun Palace. Head to Cancun Airport to fly home.
